We try to keep our processing time updated on our website header. We like to keep stock of most of our items so generally we ship orders within 1-2 business days. During sales it typically takes us 6-10 business days to fulfill all orders. Once it's out of our hands, it's up to USPS.

We use the incredible, buttery smooth UNICORN paper for all our stickers. It has a matte finish and is generally unmovable once laid down.

We always work on orders as they are received. We try to keep at least some stock of most items to allow us to ship quickly.

During large sales we process in batches. We'll begin with batch of 10-20 orders. We'll pull from inventory for those orders, in order as received, and ship out any complete orders. As we print/cut to finish those orders we will begin pulling the second batch from inventory.

This means that, occasionally, an order received later might ship sooner but only because inventory was on had. I try to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

No. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns.

I can cancel your order so long as you contact me immediately and it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, no returns or refunds are possible.

While we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes a miss-cut sheet gets beyond us or we make an error while packing an order. Please contact us using the form and we will correct our mistake promptly.
